A travel advisor brings brings expertise, access, and human guidance beyond what you’ll find online. We save you time, reduce the stress of planning, and leverage our preferred-partner relationships for added value—all delivered in a clear, digital itinerary so you can travel with confidence and enjoy the experience.
We charge planning fees for custom trip design and full-service travel planning to reflect the time and expertise behind each journey we design. After a complimentary consultation, planning begins with a $250 deposit, applied toward your full-service planning fee. Hotel-only bookings with a confirmed property are complimentary. Final fees vary by trip scope and are confirmed during the inquiry process.
We book directly with our four- and five-star hotel partners at the best available rate, often with preferred amenities and exclusive benefits. While we’re not a fit for travelers focused solely on discounts, we add value through personalized planning and trusted relationships.
We work with a curated collection of private villas, vacation homes, and select apartments worldwide through our trusted partners. For quality and service reasons, we do not book through platforms like VRBO or Airbnb.
Memora is for people who genuinely love to travel but don’t want to spend their time managing the details. Our clients appreciate thoughtful planning, insider access, and the kind of VIP care that comes from having someone truly looking out for them—so travel feels easy, elevated, and completely taken care of from start to finish.
The earlier, the better! For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out at least six months in advance (and up to a year for destinations like Africa). However, if you’re planning closer in, don’t hesitate to reach out — we love a challenge and can often still make the magic happen.
